Reflexion Window Cleaning started with a simple goal — to work hard, support myself, and build something meaningful from the ground up. I’ve always been driven to take initiative, and after working in the cleaning industry here in Dubuque, I saw a clear opportunity to launch something of my own.

With encouragement from my boss at Hillary Custom Cleaning, I decided to step out on my own and create Reflexion. I'm running this business solo for now, handling every job personally and making sure each window shines with care and attention to detail.

I grew up in Peru, and my background has shaped the way I approach work — with gratitude, grit, and a commitment to doing things right. Being younger in this field doesn’t mean I cut corners — it means I hustle, learn fast, and bring fresh energy to every job.
